I am a wellbeing advocate with over ten years of experience in public health, social work, and community development. I have a master's degree in social work and multiple certifications in agile, systems thinking, quality improvement, and compassionate leadership.
At The Sip Down, I use dignity frameworks, behavioral health interventions, and large group facilitation to build capacity among organizations to genuinely engage with their teams and their clients. In essence, I work with people and organizations to increase opportunities for people to work and live with dignity.
